A very weird situation...

Well. There is this guy and he is much shorter than I. And its a bit weird...but somewhere i fell in love with him and I love him not like him. I dont want to go out with him but I really just want to know if he shares these feelings with me and maybe in the future their could be something. he and i joke with each other and we talk but we don't talk that much...he teases me a lot and sometimes seems a bit nervous around me.
I get this feeling that he thinks of me and stuff but im not sure if he does because a close guy friend of mine is sort of friends and a few days ago he was talking to the guy i like and the guy i said (I'll refer to him as M) said that he thought I liked him and said i was "hott" but i think lots of people are "hott" but don't like them. I catch him looking at me sometimes and can feel him thinking about me when he looks at me because he often looks at me longer than necesary. Im confsed on how to handle this...
