My EX?

Ok, so i ment my ex on myspace, and we dated for about a week. He seemed that he would do anything for me, he got up one day at 7 am just to come and hang out with me, because he wouldnt be able to any other time threw out the day, and he was always so nice and caring. We would talk on the phone for hours everyday, and we would never fight, it was perfect. Before he ment me though, there was another girl he had been talking to and he liked, but they werent dating or anything. He said he had called her and told her he didnt want to hang out or talk that much anymore. So the day that we started dating i was kinda worried that maybe something was still going on with them, so i sent her a message on myspace and said "hey whats up?" and that night when i had talked to my ex i mentioned her and he said i had nothing to worry about, and to please not to worry. so i didnt, and then the next day when i got on myspace she had wrote me back and said "do i know you?"
and that was it. Thn i had never wrote her back because i knew i didnt have anything to worry about. So I tried calling him a few days ago (the day we broke up) and he kept ignoring my phone calls, he would pick up and hang up immediatly. So finally i got on myspace and sent him a message, and he said he wanted to break up because i had talked to that other girl, and that i lied to him, and i never lied to him, and he wont belive m,.should i have told him that i sent her a message? i mean i didnt think it would of matterd since i never wrote back or said anything really except hey whats up...but now he wont talk to me or anything, and says i cant earn his trust back? i want him back! i like him so much!!!!
WHAT SHOULD I DO?????? and does he still like me? and why did he seem to be so upset about me messageing the girl? do u think maybe something was still going on with them? IDK!!! im so confused, and want to know how i can get him back!!!!!!!!!!

He was upset that you wrote to the other girl.

He seems to think you lied to him. Find out, if you can, just what he means by that statement. Try to convince him that you never did lie.

Explain to him why you wrote the other girl so he will understand.

Tell him you still care for him and want to get back together as friends.
