Confused and frustrated

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
Hey my ex and I have been apart for a long time and i thought i was over it but it just suddenly started bothering me again. I know he hates me but its over something stupid and hes completely irrational and not making any sense but i have no way of contacting him to set things straight and i cant stand it.. im afraid im gonna keep randomly goin through this so.. any advice?

Since you have been separate for a long time my advice is to leave sleeping dogs lie.

Work on forgetting him again like you did before and you will soon find that he is out of your mind again.

Trying to contact him and trying to reach closure with him is sure to stir up old problems.
