in 16 and my ex is 15, we were to gether for about four months and it was great. i fell for him as he did for me, he was my forst love. after us being broken up for a year, i saw him at a party and i was with another guy. he saw us kissing and about a month later he told me how mad he was about it. all the while he's sayin all this really sweet stuff and it brought all these old feelings came back and i told him i still love him and he told me sorry,now im not sure if i want him back or if i can have him back.

First decide if you want him back or not. This has to be your decision and nobody can help you with it.
If you want him then have a good, honest and caring conversation with him and explain your feelings for him and ask how he feels about you.
The two of you should be able to figure this out.
