Regaining her friendship

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
There's this girl that I like and she used to like me. But, I tried turning her into my counselor, subconsiously. Which seems to have turned her off, big time. And I am going to see a counselor to help me out.

There wasn't anything going on between us, yet. But, is there a way to apologize without seeming like I'm making it up? Any other advice would be welcome.

Since you are going to a professional counselor it wouldn't be appropriate for me to insert myself.

Listen carefully to what your counselor says and open up yourself as much as you can.

Good luck! George
