Is my Jealousy Normal?

Hi there,
I have been going out with my boyfriend for almost one year and we love each other very much. However I get really jealous becaue I always see him looking at other girls when we are out, and earlier in the relationship he used to comment on how good looking another girl or he'd even comment on another girls breats or bum. He's also always looking up pornography on the internet.
Ive spoken to him about this and he says even though he does this he only has feelings for me... I believe him but it still hurts so much!!
Is it normal to be jealous of this??? Please help xxx

Your jealousy means you don't trust him.

If you trusted him you wouldn't mind him looking at other girls so much. Trust is an important element of love so work hard at building trust. Drive away the jealous thoughts by fighting them. Whenever they attack you tell them "he loves he and those other girls mean nothing." Keep saying it until the jealousy gives up bothering you and goes away.
