girl does not look at me

hey i have a quick question. what does it mean when a girl refuses to look at you? the girl of my dreams never looks at me, and i am not sure if she is avoiding me or just polite. when i catch her eye, she quickly looks away, so i am not sure whether i should talk to her or not, because i don't want to make her feel uncomfortable. sometimes i catch her looking at me out of the corner of my eye, but when i turn to look at her, she is looking another way. so does this mean she likes me?

Take the bull by the horns and start talking to her.
The easiest way to do this is to greet her whenever you see her in the hall. Look her straight in the eyes, say in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name, and give her a big smile.
Unless the is a big jerk, she will say hi back to you. Maybe it will take a couple of times before she says hi.
If she doesn't say hi back then she either doesn't like you or she is terminally shy. In either case forget about her.
