He cheated I'm jealous he still calls her!!

Im 32 yrs old married for 10 yrs to my high school sweetheart, and he has only had sex with me. He had never been with another woman, now in the past month he has confessed to having an affair with a women who is much older than him. He says he loves her.We seperated than decided to try to work things out, so we are back together. The problem is they still have phone and emil contact. I have told him that it makes me very jealous that he needs to communicate with her. She had said that she felt bad for talking to him and yet she still calls and she still answers his calls. I am SOOOOO JEALOUS that I can't see straight. I try my hardest to be calm but I just want to scratch her eyes out. I haven't called her or confronted her because I do not want to feel stupid for fighting for my man like im in high school. Any advise??? anything to help me.

If he is truly trying to work things out he should pay attention to his feelings.
But you need to accept his feelings too. Compromise is in order. First ask him to promise to report to you any contacts he and the other woman have. Then suggest a limit of one contact per week with a goal of having a goal of once a year in the future.
Go slowly on this... make the limit one week for about six months, then go to once a month after a year. Hopefully your husband is committed enough to working things out to find this livable.
