My friend is cheating on his girlfriend who is also my friend--what should I do?

Ok a friend of mine has been cheating on his girlfriend (also a friend), and not just once or twice, more like over 30 times! I dont want her to continue to waste her time with him if its only delaying the inevitable, and another one of our mutaul friends has started really caring about her and wants to be in a romantic relationship with her and is thinking about telling her about her boyfriend cheating on her...what should he do?!?!?!
