More follow up.

I can understand that she might not want to go on a another date after the first one, but what we did could hardly be called a date at all. The thing that I don't get is why someone who seems to be interested in you would seemingly try to avoid going on the date right after it had been set. Why would she do that after constantly hinting towards wanting to go on one?

Yeah, I don't get it either.

Maybe you should just ask her directly instead of trying to guess.

She should be willing to answer an honest question and you may be surprised by what she says.
