Ok thier is this girl well call her Sally and at first we wrote notes but didnt talk that much but now all we do is call eachothier and talk. we talk just about everyday but i have to call her ,she dosent call anyone really but sometimes she does. Were in 8th grade and every time i see her i smile and he just gigles but I cant tell if shes flirting or what .I have asked her out a few times and she says she just wants to be friends but its really hard to do that i cant stop thinking about her shes evrything to me and we talki about evrything but she happens to like my best friend but not so much anymore but what should i do keep tring my hardest to get her to like em or just give up thanks for your help

Give it another month or so and see if she has a change of heart.

Be very communicative with her as you have been doing on the phone. But try to do it person. There's nothing like talking in person to get the other person interested.
